iii)Planning Matters – To receive updates on the following:
  • 15/01021/REM and 16/01020/OUT (variation of Condition), Milton Road (Miller Homes)
  • 14/01634/REM, Land to the rear and north of 29 to 33 Quarry Close, Bloxham (Miller Homes).
  • 14/00761/REM, WellingtonPark, Barford Road (Bovis),
  • update on drainage from the Barford Road and layout of gardens on the
development site.
  • Outcome of the Enforcement complaint regarding the planning breach of sign for Bromford,
  • Query raised by CDC regarding the ownership of the land between the development and neighbouring buildings.
iv) Bloxham Neighbourhood Development Plan (BNDP) –
To note the receipt of the Examiners Final Report, and timescale to reach Referendum.
To request the Steering group to set in motion notification for residents.

i)Parish Council Vacancy – To consider any applications for the vacancy on the Parish Council. To discuss methods to encourage applications.

To note Reports by Councillors on Areas of Responsibility.
  • Resources Committee – Date of next meeting 10th August
Agenda items to include, Butterfly Meadows funding options, Funding/location library service for the village.
  • Planning & Strategy Committee:
1)To note the minutes of the meeting held on 5th July 2016; (in drop box)
2)Drop-in and Chat Session – To note the issues which were raised at the last session. Sessions are currently held at the Ex-Serviceman’s Hall from 10.30am to 11.30am, unless stated otherwise.

iii)Section 106 Funding:
a)To receive a report on the Section 106 Working Group.
b)To Consider and Resolve the revised proposal for a Multi use games area to be based at the WarrinerSchool.
(Details of the proposal are in Drop Box, under 2016 Warriner).
To Consider and Resolve to approach CDC to use existing S106 funds for
outdoor sports to fund the shortfall in funding of £15,000.
To Resolve to seek confirmation from CDC, how the £60,000 funding via S106
(miller HomesTadmarton Road) would be made available without compromising
existing S106 funds..

11. / Village Matters
  1. Play Provision – To Tablethe Deed of Variation secured by CDC from Bovis.
If this is has not been provided by CDC, then the resolution will be to continue to consider the items below or not.
  1. to consider the proposal for the JubileePark play area put forward by the JPH Committee. This is over budget.
  2. Discuss and Resolve options available to enable this provision to go ahead. Details to be found in Drop Box under August 2016 Play Areas
  1. To consider the proposal for the Recreation Ground put forward by the Recreation Ground Trustees.
Details to be found in Drop Box as above.
  1. To approve and Resolve and the preferred options put forward by both organisations.
  2. To Resolve to place the contract with the preferred suppliers for both areas.
  1. Bloxham Festival – To receive an update on the Festival for 2017.
  1. Village Groups - To receive any reports from the village groups.
  1. Youth Club – To note Alison and Sarah have tendered their resignation. The last session
was the 12th July.
To Consider and Resolve action to take for the future of the Youth Club
  1. Parish Council wish list, (circulated) to consider if this requires amending.

12. / Public and Press - To consider passing a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for item numbered 13 on the grounds that it could involve the likely disclosure of private and confidential information.

14 / Correspondence - Items of correspondence
  • The War Memorial to be reviewed by English Heritage for listing sent to Councillors via e mail.
  • Resident from Painters Close has raised the issue concerning branches left on the grass. Should a group of Councillors clear it or pay a contractor.
  • Resident raised issue of village volunteers to carry out maintenance, such as hedge cutting PROW clearance.
