Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park was created by the University of Louvain (#1 French-speaking University of Belgium) in 1971. Home to >275 innovation and R&D companies, it supports regional economic growth and therefore participates in the university’s mission to “serve society”.

Louvain Innovation Network is a special innovation toolbox created by the university to support companies in their growth and integrate them in the local innovation ecosystem.

This fast-growing university spin-off created in April 2015 is specialised in ICT.Tessares invented a new Internet protocol, Multipath TCP, and embedded it into a software that offers internet users more speed, security, mobility, and resilience.
