This is used as an overview of the role, aim to give a good clear picture of the responsibilities. / This position will involve the complete running of a busy town centre newsagents. Candidates will be learning all aspects of the job starting at the till serving customers, merchandising and finally in the office learning how the business operates including accounts.
This is a complete package for a keen individual to gain all the skills required to operate a business with a turnover in millions therefore a can do positive attitude is required.
We have already put 3 candidates through the complete programme who are now in full time employment as managers aged under 20.
