Birthday Party Check-Off List:

All instructors are required to host parties with the best interest in mind for safety. Enclosed you will find a check-list and guidelines, however, additional requirements and work related efforts maybe needed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Birthday Decorations –General decorations are allowed. Direct tape, glue and pins can NOT be attached onto walls. This will peel the paint and damage common areas. Banners can be taped onto mirrors or glass; however, coaches must carefully remove all items BEFORE party is over. Please be cautious to minimize damage to facility. Exterior walls, railings, outside areas must be cleared from balloons, string and decorations. LASG maintenance is not responsible for birthday party décor.
  2. TRASH – All trash liners should be removed before and after each party for cleanliness and sanitary purposes. Trash can be disposed in the large bin located by the parking lot. Replacement liners can be found behind the bathroom door. Lysol and air fresheners can be located near the trash liners and should be sprayed throughout 2nd story areas before and after parties to provide a pleasant smell for clientele.
  3. Total Headcount and party numbers – Upon arrival of all guests, all guests must be accounted for. All children participating are included in the final number of participants. Additional fees and instructors are required as follows:
  4. 1-20 participants – Deposit $250.00 # of coaches= 2 X $60.00 each
  5. 21-30 participants – Deposit $350.00 # of coaches=3 X $60.00 each
  6. 31-40 participants – Deposit $450.00 # of coaches=4X $60.00 each (first flooroption is available). Coaches are responsible to organize and install material. All material must be thrown away and plastic should be installed extremely secure to avoid slipping or injury.
  1. Due to liability, parents are NOT allowed on the gym floor with the exception of Birthday Parents or unruly children. Parents are NEVER! NEVER!allowed on gym equipment! Please use discretion and better judgment by politely requesting parents to be courteous to gym rules and policies.
  2. Birthday Parties are an excellent way to enroll students in classes and increase registration. Many future parties are a direct result of the quality experience they had visiting the facility. Be sure to share the classes and camps to Birthday parents and students as well as visiting parents and mention that we offer parties to non-embers too!
