Please find attached a stall application form for the BBB.
The sooner you return the application form the sooner we can be in touch.
We do haverotating stall space and could possibly offer you a spot within the next month depending on what it is you are selling and how unique it is.
We sometimes have cancellations and can get stalls in at the last minute. Depending onhow late we can contact you if we have a cancellation. Make sure you fill out this line on the form. Tell us an approximate amount of time that is feasible for you to prepare stock and be ready to trade. Is it

When completed please scan or photograph page 2 and email it tous at the address below, and keep a copy for your records. The Bazaar is always held on the third Sunday of the month. We do supply tables we do not supply chairs or rails. And it is recommended that you bring lighting to better show your products.
Doors open for stallholders at 9:15am. Doors open to the public at 11:00a.m. All stalls should be set up by 10:55am. The Bazaar closes at 5.00 p.m and the premises must be clear by 6:30 p.m. Please do not break your stall down before 5pm

Please DO NOT SEND Payment for a pitch until you hear from us, stating that a spot has been allocated for you.

Dear Trader,
We would like to bring to your attention the following points and ask for your co-operation in adhering to them for the benefit of us all.
- Insurance: Each trader should have their own public and product liability insurance. Neither Bizz-R nor the BBB nor The Nightingale Club can accept any responsibility for loss, injury, etc from either stallholders or your (potential) customers.
- Illegal Products: The sale of illegal products will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
Drugs, chemicals or similar substances, (room odourisers are permitted providing they meet the new legislation)
Home made, copied or uncertified recordings, video, DVD’s, tapes, CD’s, etc. Pirated or counterfeit items.
Any vendor found selling such items will be asked to leave immediately. We would ask anyone with knowledge of such sales to report it to us as our licence and the future of the BBB is at risk. - Stall Staffing: Entrance for a maximum of 3 sales personnel is included in the stall rental price. Excess persons will be charged the current door price.
- Stall Sharing/Sub Letting: A stall is rented to a single business only. No sharing, sub letting or promotion of any other business or service is allowed.
- Stall Rent: Rent for a regular pitch is due by the first day of the month of the market. Any pitch unpaid for by this time will be made available to vendors on the waiting list. Consistently late payment may result in the forfeit of your pitch.
Payment may be made by cash at the previous market,Pay Pal (charges must be paid by you) or by bank transfer. A pitch is only secured once payment has been received. - No Shows: Should you be unable to attend for any reason after you have paid your pitch rent it will be carried over for the following month provided sufficient notice is received to enable us to re-rent that pitch. Late notification will result in forfeit of the rent.
- Products/Services: Bizz-R reserves the right to restrict or stop the sale of any product or service for whatever reason.
Note: we are NOT licensed for the sale of R18 material
The sale of knives, swords, and other sharp or dangerous implements is no longer permitted - Pitch Location: Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the siting of regular pitches, we reserve the right to re-site a pitch as necessary.
- Promoting Other Events:Promoting/Advertising other events at TheBBB is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the organisers - and may result in you being asked to leave without refund and forfeiting your pitch for future Bazaars.
