The Report: (65 pts)
Be sure your name, the author’s name, and title of book are present and written correctly. Remember to use capital letters when necessary and correct spelling.

____2. Page Two of Book Report Form. This includes a description of the main character and a narrative of five facts that you learned. (20 pts)
____3. Page Three of Book Report Form. This is a description of your favorite part and your recommendationof the book. (20 pts) ____4. Turn project in on time. (5 pts.)(5 points off for each day late.)
Presentation: (25 pts) ____1.Stay at or under the five minute time limit. (5 pts) ____2.Dress like your character. If you need any help with this, see your reading teacher. Allow enough time to get assistance, at least a week before the due date. (5 pts) ____3.Be an attentive audience member for classmates’ presentations. (10pts)
