The exam for Science 10 will be comprised of multiple choice questions, True and False, Fill in the blanks, Matching, Written answer questions. The exam will be structured according to the following sections:

Exam

Important Information

1.  The Science 10 Exam will be written in your Science classroom.

a.  Some students will be writing in other locations

2.  The exam is two (2) hours long.

3.  When you sit down in the exam room, check to make sure your exam is complete. The pages will be numbered and the total number of pages will be on the front page.

4.  You will be provided with:

a.  Periodic Table of the Elements

b.  Periodic Table of the Ions/Polyatomic Ions

c.  Graph paper

5.  You must bring with you:

a.  Calculator

i.  Calculators can not be shared

b.  Pencil

c.  Eraser

6.  Items you must bring with you will not be provided by your teacher.

7.  Any evidence of cheating will result in a mark of zero (0) on the exam.

a.  Don’t look around the exam room.

b.  Sharing of calculators or any other materials will be considered cheating.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to show up at the correct exam room at the correct time to write this exam. It is also your responsibility to arrive with all materials required to write the exam. No electronic communication devices in the exam room.
