Mobilization of qualified and experienced staff to do site survey, installation, testing and commissioning works with relevant tools. / 1 Lot
1.2 / Provision for necessary tools and manpower to design and prepare CAD drawings for the purpose of management review and approval, submission to authorities, and compilation of operation manuals
1.3 / Provision for an Earnest Money, Public Liability Insurance and Workman Compensation insurance.
1.4 / Full compliance to the statutory regulations and MIMOS OSH, Housekeeping and Security requirements in undertaking the job.
2.0 / STUDY & DESIGN
To undertake the study on the present system and operational loading and to propose the gen set for standby system. The study to include the requirement to design for integration with the existing and new LT systems / 1 Lot
3.0
3.1 / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
Supply, deliver, install, test and commission the 1.5MVA and 1.3 MVA diesel generator sets which comprise : / 1 Unit
i)Canopy for the outdoor installation, able to reduce the noise level to meet the minimum DOE’s requirement. / 1 Lot
ii)2 x AMF Board with the proper rating / 2 Units
iii)Diesel skid tank to support 24 hours operation / 2 Units
iv)Backup diesel tank to support 48 hours operation with gravity flow to the skid tank. Pump system from the tanker/lorry into the tank. / 1 Unit
v)Electrical control panel which shall provide control of gen set operation and monitoring of gen set sensors, actuators, relays, and switches. The control panel shall provide high level interface to enable monitoring from the BAS. The scope include engaging MIMOS appointed BAS vendor to perform the interfacing. / 1 Lot

3.2 / To engage a qualified electrical contractor to lay a required power circuit from the AMF Board to the LT system . The cabling shall be laid in a proper metal trunking using cable size as per IEEE requirement, c/w isolate and fault protection. The circuits shall take into consideration that the gen set for
i)MSB1 and MSB1B will run to support operation if the event of total power outage.
ii)MSB 1 and MSB1B can alternately run on back up 1.5MVA gen set, if there is a need to down either one of the MSB for planned/ unplanned maintenance.
iii)MSB 2 will run to support the UPS if there is no power from TNB / 1 Lot
3.3 / To provide necessary signage, labeling of circuits, manual of operation (2 sets) and relevant drawings ( 2 sets) upon successful commissioning of the new installation. / 1 Lot
3.4 / To provide training (OJT and classroom) to MIMOS technical personnel involve in the installation, operation and maintenance of the new installation / 1 Lot
3.5 / To prepare relevant drawings/documentation to the relevant authorities, with copy for MIMOS.
