THE COPPER CORNER

LIST #46

October-December 2006 “Something for Everyone”
18th Century “CONDER” TOKENS------17TH Century tokens—19th Century tokens

Medals, medalets, unusual historical items----

Look for lower priced and bargain Conders at end of main section

A big hello to all!! If you were able to get to Denver you know what a good time was had by all at the dinner. Twenty of us got together for good food and much chatter. Large conventions are always hectic, but fun--- I was pleased to see some old friends and make some new ones—and there was lots of token talk and much information shared, with many tokens changing hands.

As usual, September/October has me off schedule for getting a list out. This year the Token Congress—to be held in St. Helena, Lancashire--- is much later than usual, and if I waited until I returned home I would not have the listing out until the beginning of November---so I have decided not to wait. This issue will be an interesting one to handle, as I must have most of the orders mailed by the end of September, or they shall not be until the first of November!! Please get your orders in as early as you can to assure early delivery.

The Copper Corner will be closed in the month of October during my travels.

Many thanks to those who purchased items from the Doty sale, it was very successful, only a handful of his tokens now remain. This list, therefore, includes many tokens that were left sitting during the Doty sale.

Due to time constraints, no “Fun Stuff” in this issue. Sorry, for those who look for it.

Other than the fact that the dollar is once again up to $1.90 to the £1, not much else to mention. Since most of the pieces listed were bought a bit earlier at a slightly lower price, they shall be left at that price—enjoy—
