The above parties agree to cooperate within the LLP/Erasmus Programme. Both parties agree to abide by the principles and conditions set out in the Erasmus University Charter and in the LLP/Erasmus Guidelines for Applicants, the ERASMUS Application forms, and if the application is successful, the financial agreement. Both parties undertake to give any useful information to the partner institution, to promote student and teacher mobility and to abide by the bilaterally agreed terms of this cooperation agreement. For each academic year, both partners will have the opportunity to review the exchange agreed upon in this initial paper, after notifying the partner institution and receiving its approval.

Both parties agree that the Home Institution will readily call back any of its own outgoing students who receives a notification of misbehaviour by the Host Institution.
