This winter bidding list is intended to be incorporated in the total bidding list for the project and comprise the unit prices in the total bid. But it can also be used if weather-related winter provisions are to be conducted as a separate contract.
One can also choose whether unit prices are to be contained in the contract or not. If unit prices are not to be included in the contract, one can also stipulate that workers can later be executed in accordance with the offered unit prices.

All prices are unit prices, which only becomes payable in agreement with the construction management and after documentation of consumption by the contractor.

There are comments to some of the items and these comments can be seen on the complete list on in Point 4.1 "WWW værktøjer". Where comments, the position is in this article is marked with an "*". The asterisk should be deleted in the final bidding list.
The bidding list MUST be adjusted to the current project, and ONLY relevant items must be included. Be tough and cull the list thoroughly!
Remember that until 31 March 2010, one is allowed to state that the contractor (s) must include all weather-related winter provisions in their bid. See Executive Order §4. It must still be stated, which contractors must include which weather-related winter provisions in their bids, and whether there must be one or more items on the bidding list.
Remember to have one or more positions on the main bidding list for seasonal winter provisions, and to describe which contractors have to include which seasonal winter provisions. A bidding list has been prepared for seasonal winter provisions.
