-Who is entitled to vote within the BID and the reballot process. Janet Williams talked though the full procedure and one attendee commented voting should be strong. Andrew Morgan confirmed how important the BID is to ensure the Village works together as an entity.
-Parking in the Mall area of Clifton Village. Attendees raised concerns over the lack of pay and display and the lack of short term spaces available for customers. Richard Davis confirmed councillors had been responsive but the issue lies with the BID only having one voice and residents having one voice each. Andrew reminded the meeting of the free half hour parking the BID secured and confirmed the commitment to continuing to fight the 9pm finish.
-It was asked if there was to be food festival again and Holly Shannon confirmed an announcementregarding the main summer event would be made very soon.
-One retailer expressed a desire for more support from locals and for the BID to ask traders for more input when planning events. Andrew Morgan agreed that all locals need to support the local businesses as much as possible
-A member thanked Bristol Zoo for inviting all BID Businesses to the Christmas event
-Many of the BID members thanked the Board for their work. Andrew Morgan thanked everyone for attending the AGM and encouraged members to consider getting more involved with BID Clifton Village.
