BUILDING FUND DRIVE: As you see on the board highlighting our activity in the narthex, we have completed two major projects. The bell tower tuckpointing and the resurfacing of the flat roof has been completed. Please prayerfully consider a contribution to the Building Improvement Fund so it may grow and be used to bring our old house of worship up-to-date and accomplish all the improvements listed. God has blessed our house, won’t you?

WELCOME NATHAN DEHN:Nathan succeeds Katie Eyster at Word of Life School. He will be joining us here at St. Lucas. Please join us to welcome him on August 13th. We will have an informal reception after both the 8:00 and 10:30 services that day.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Our benches for service volunteers need strengthening: ushers, readers, greets, late service nursery staff and a brand-new bench for projection “clickers”.

SUMMER CAMP: We are proud to announce that camp has been a huge successwith approximately 40 campers enrolled. What a fun time we all have had with all the different themes each week! The children really seem to be enjoying themselves. The summer has really flown by with only 2 more weeks of camp left. We will be sad to say goodbye to everyone and we wish them all a wonderful upcoming school year. As always continue to keep the KDO program in your prayers. KDO will be starting again on August 14th.
