SHORTLISTING OF CIVIL CONTRACTORS AT RAJKOT
I. Applications are invited from reputed and competent Civil Contractors who are having proven track record, experience, expertise and resources in executing building projects involving Civil, Structural, Electrical, Landscaping and other associated works etc.
The scope of work involves Construction of Residential Complex at Rajkot admeasuring an approx. built-up area of 25,000 sq.ft along with an Office Building admeasuring an approx. built-up area of 4000-5000 sq.ft. However, the construction of Office building may be taken up at a later date.
The selection criteria applicable shall be as under:
a. The party should have executed at least one prestigious project of similar nature/quantum of highest quality during the last three years.
b. The party should have successfully executed at least 3 jobs of similar nature/quantum with each project cost not less than Rs. 2.0 Crores during the last three years.
c. The party should have an annual turn over of Rs. 4.0 Crores during each of the last three financial years.
d. The party should be able to submit a Solvency Certificate for a minimum amount of Rs. 50 lakhs.
e. The party should be either based at Rajkot or should have a branch office in Rajkot.
II. The parties willing to enroll themselves are requested to send in their bio-data, giving details of similar jobs carried out, its value and time period taken for completion etc.
III. The parties are requested to send in their completed application form together with all relevant documents in a sealed envelope superscribed “Shortlisting of Civil Contractors at Rajkot” within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement along with necessary documentary proof to:

The parties who are shortlisted will be informed in writing and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
BPCL reserves the right to award the job in part or full for the scope of work mentioned above without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof.
BPCL also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof.
