Speaker Bios

Tyler Enslin

Tyler Enslin is the National Director of Direct Development Training. Responsible

for developing training programs and the growth and success of the

Instructors, Trainers, and Coordinators of the company, he spends much of his

time working individually with each of them. This has not limited Tyler in his

own speaking and training arena.

With over 200 speaking engagements a year for a multitude of industries, Tyler

has received outstanding recognition by those in his audience, which has enabled

him to work with State and National agencies across the country. From Fortune

500 companies and large organizations like GlaxoSmithKline, Siemens, Johns

Hopkins, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and Long & Foster, to hundreds of smaller

groups, Tyler rarely passes on an opportunity to get his message across.

His apparent quiet demeanor might more reflect his desire to take in knowledge from outside sources than any other reason. You will find his ability to connect with, get in touch with, and affect you, to be a tremendous asset to all areas of your life. ;

Linda Corley

Linda Corley, MBA, CRCR, CPC, has worked collaboratively with

Hospitals and physician offices for the past twenty-five years.

She has served as Controller of a University-owned, four hospital

group; and provided insight to clinical and financial staff members

on compliant reimbursement. Linda is a credentialed coder and a

frequent HFMA presenter. She is a previous college professor who

taught financial processes for healthcare, health information

management skills, and billing and collections courses. Linda also

has over fifteen years’ experience on the national level of leading

CDM Reviews, Coding and Billing Audits, and providing consulting

services for revenue cycle improvement. She has served as

Corporate Compliance Officer for Perot Systems and for Dell Revenue Cycle Services. Linda currently is Vice President of Compliance and Quality Assurance for Xtend Healthcare.

Chris Cook

Chris Cook is the Owner of Fringenomics, which offers trainings on body language,

mindset, leadership, and team building. Typical clients come to them when bad

face-to-face interaction is undermining the organization, when the current level

of teamwork is NOT making the dream work, or when mindsets need makeovers.

Chris is a Certified Body Language Trainer with an extensive 15-year background

in various sales and executive positions ranging from B2C sales to complex B2B

negotiations closing 10-year contracts for major oil companies.

Greg Bell

Greg Bell is President and CEO of the Utah Hospital Association. He served as

Utah’s 7th Lt. Governor from 2009 until 2013. He previously served two terms

in the Utah State Senate.

As Lt. Governor and a legislator, Bell was deeply involved in Utah healthcare

policy including overseeing Utah’s innovative healthcare exchange. He

co-founded and chairs GET HEALTHY UTAH, a broad-based state population

health initiative focused on healthy eating and an active lifestyle.

A graduate of S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah), he practiced law

for 30 years in the areas of banking and finance.

Bell is a past mayor and city councilman of Farmington, Utah. He was Chair of

Envision Utah, an internationally acclaimed community planning organization.

He serves on the Board of Trustees of Utah Transit Authority, Questar Dominion’s Community Advisory Board, and is the immediate past Chair of USTAR.

Bell and his wife, JoLynn, are the parents of six children and have 25 grandchildren.

Pete Smith

Pete Smith is the bestselling author of Dare to Matter, and has

been called “one of America’s leading personal and professional

development coaches.” He is a sought-after international

speaker and trainer in the fields of leadership, management,

personal growth and development. His energetic, edgy, and

interactive style is complimented by his ability to provide

Matt Hoffman, M.D., M.S.

Chief Medical Informatics Officer

Utah Health Information Network

Dr. Matthew Hoffman is the Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO) at the

Utah Health Information Network (UHIN). Based in Salt Lake City, UHIN

operates the cHIE, Utah’s state-designated health information exchange.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young

University. Afterward, he worked as a research coordinator for the Utah

Psoriasis Initiative where he co-authored multiple papers published in

National Dermatology Journals. He earned his Medical Doctorate from the

University of Utah in 2010. While earning his M.D., Matt also completed his

Master’s Degree in Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah.

Following his graduation from medical school, Matt completed a fellowship

in Pharmaceutical Informatics with Roche in San Francisco, CA.

At UHIN, Matt has architected and overseen the implementation of CareAchieve, UHIN’s data analytics tool. He has also presented nationally on health information exchange, at the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Annual Conference and the eHealth Initiative Annual Conference.
