The Broiler BSM-BS series are designed to meet the standard ETL requirement. This broiler comes with lots of improved features and believed to be the one that fit your restaurant demanding standards for a long run.

The 304 high quality stainless steel (Non Magnetic) surrounding besides having a sophisticated look, it is durable, easy to clean, sanitary and will notrust. The large cooking surface and even heat distribution with hot rolled steel top grate(s) provide the best quality of the product. Double insulated walls on sides, back and front minimize heat loss to the surrounding. Best of all, the new designed burners believed to be the one you love the most. Constructed with 1/8” heavy duty 304 stainless steel and light-weight, these burners are very easy to clean and remove without damaging the gas-valves, thanks to a BSM exclusive an innovative safe removal system.

  • Sandwich kit retro-fit, 21” x 36”, comes with separated regular steel top grate, 16 GA. stainless steel lid with handle and body. This section can be installed on either side of the broiler.
  • Back shield, designed to prevent any grease getting off to the back wall

Gas Manifold

Manifold pressure is 5.0” W.C for natural gas or 10.0” for propane gas. Manifold size is ¾” NPT. Specify type of gas and elevation if over 2,000 ft.

Clearance

Provide 0” clearance from non combustible surfaces, 8” from combustible sides and back.
