All applicants must be a graduate of Berlin High School or a current resident of the Berlin School District and must be a full-time student enrolled in undergraduate college studies when applying and receiving a BCSC scholarship.
To be eligible to receive a BCSC scholarship you must mail the following documents together in ONE envelope:
· Completed application (maximum of 1 page)
· Essay
o Typed on a separate sheet of paper and a maximum of 1 page
· Official College Transcript
o Must be an original copy on secure paper and NOT a PDF or online version
o Cannot be a copy you print yourself and cannot say “printed copy”
o Cannot be a photocopy of an official transcript or a grade or progress report
o Must contain a minimum of one semester of full-time completed college grades

LIMIT YOUR ESSAY TO ONE PAGE MAXIMUM; do not include your name or family member names as all applicants will remain anonymous. Essays will be judged on content, spelling and grammar.
