SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:The Wealth Management Client Service Representative functions in a support capacity for all transactions related to investment management and insurance, as well as on-going client care. Additionally this position will assist advisors with financial planning and advance planning presentation support. All activities must be performed in a professional manner and in strict compliance with all federal, state and vendor guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Receive and respond to telephone client inquiries and service requests in a professional and businesslike manner.
- Interface with all investment platforms in addressing client service issues.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting agenda, recap meeting notes, maintain open items list as assigned.
- Utilize and maintain the client relationship management (CRM) software used in the day-to-day management of customers.
- Maintain client and prospect database with all activity and information, and use CRM tool to follow-up with tasks assigned relating to clients and prospects.
- Maintain system for tracking compliance blotters, as well as file systems including clients, broker/dealer account files.
- Maintain systems for forms, prospectus’ and software in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare, process and track signed client product (insurance and investment) applications and funds for new clients and assist with new clients.
- Coordinate internal and external marketing initiatives.
- Assist advisors with financial planning software (NaviPlan/Profiles/MoneyGuidePro) and MS Excel/PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate client and department events.
- Attend and contribute to weekly Operations L10 meeting.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or AA in any General Business Field of Study and/or 2 + years of experience in administration
- State insurance licenses with life, health & variable contract lines of authority (recommended, not required)
- Series 65 or Series 7/66 (recommended, not required)
- Have a satisfactory background check and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
- Proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills
- Able to make critical decisions independently
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM, performance, portfolio and reporting systems
- Operate office machines such as a 10-key, fax, scanner, copier, etc.
- Ability to comprehend an existing problem, or stated task, anticipates future implications thereof and formulates and completes a plan of action accordingly.
