Nursery Parental Agreement

1.  In the event of an accident/illness I agree to emergency medical attention/treatment being sought for my child.

2.  I understand that fees will be invoiced at the beginning of each term and are due for payment within 14 days. The school will not charge for booked sessions which fall in school holidays, bank holidays and Inset Days.

3.  I understand that I must give 1 term’s notice of withdrawal of my child from nursery or change of sessions. Extra sessions will not be available on an ad hoc basis.

4.  I understand that once sessions have been booked I will be charged if my child does not attend due to holiday, sickness or other family occasion.

5.  I understand that once sessions have been booked I will not be able to swop sessions due to my child’s absence.

6.  In the event the nursery is closed during normal term time hours due to unforeseen events such as fire, flooding or other emergency, I agree that I will be charge for my child’s sessions up to a maximum of 10 school days. (please refer to the school’s Emergency Procedures).

7.  I agree to inform Nursery staff of any planned absence, e.g. holidays, days out.

8.  I understand that Benson CE Primary School disclaims all liability in negligence or otherwise for any damage caused to property owned by, or in the possession of, any child or connected family member whilst that child is in the care of and/or under the control of the aforementioned school.

9.  I understand that late fees will be payable if authorised adults are repeatedly late in collecting children.

10.  I agree to abide by School policies and procedures and understand that information may be shared without my consent.

11.  I understand that these policies may be open to review and that I will be informed of any changes made to the policy. Up-to-date policies are available on the School’s website.
