- Payments have been made for opt-in teams for playing leagues, D2Cup, and Redwood League

- Need to follow up with some families that still owe Spring fees; follow-up payment request will go out Wednesday.

- Jose will provide Board with Spring coach payments list so they can be scheduled

- Will transfer PayPal and raffle money to BofA so can be used for expenses

- Authorized Mark Dronskiy to open a checking account for Blast under Belmont United EIN 20-2641313, and for Mark Dronskiy to be authorized signer on the account.

Fundraising(Saverio)

-Also need to transfer raffle money to BofA

Registration (Sherri)

-Indicate on your team transmittal if you are using a secondary spring roster this season or need an updated primary (goldenrod) roster. Updated goldenrod is only needed if playing tournaments other than D2Cup; will assume secondary spring roster.

- Registration is being submitted Tuesday, should be back by Friday.

- Need to work out field scheduling with NorCal.

Programs (Jose)

- SpringAcademy: starts March 30, M-W-Th 4:00-5:15pm; none the week of BRS spring break.

- Skill clinics: will be held on Mondays again, but none on April 20.

- Each team should set up a Parents’ Meeting in the next week to kick off the season.

- For spring break week: will survey managers whether they would prefer to have regular practices, or replace them with a camp.

Fields (Dave/Saverio)

- RSE field: Dave/Jose/Chris fixed the potholes yesterday. One moderate hard bare spots remains.

- Field painting: will occur the weekend of 3/14 or 3/21, for RSE, Central, Nesbit, Ralston

- RSE porta-potty: will follow up; apparently won’t have for Spring, but is included in summer construction plan to be placed and remain in Fall

- NDNU/Koret – Chris will contact them this week to determine availability this Spring

- Will follow up with Eric regarding annual field paint order

- Some of the locks at the fields on goals or storage boxes have been updated to the new combo that we discussed previously, so try the old and new combos. Contact Chris, Dave or Greg if you need it.

- Locking/Securing/Anchoring Goals REMINDER

- Remember to use sandbags or anchors on goals for games and practices

- In order to prevent serious injury and reduce liability, it’s mandatory after a game/practice to always lock goals together (face-to-face) or against fence so can’t be pulled apart.

- During games & practices, goals are required to be anchored with metal stakes or sandbags.

- Goals at the Belmont Sports Complex (Fall season) are required to be anchored at all times (during practices/games and after practices/games).

- Additional rules with regard to locking/securing/anchoring goals are posted on our website.

Uniforms & Equipment (Chris/Saverio)

- Practice jerseys: will be provided for each player who is new to the Club. Should arrive in the next week; Saverio will pick them up, and Chris will coordinate distribution by team with managers.

- Coach kits: Chris will contact Keith at PYSC to order kits for 2 new coaches.

- Kits for 6 new teams: will order bench, medical kit, binder, team bag.

The 2015 Board intends to discuss the Operational roles and ways to get more interested parents/managers involved at the Club level.

- March 23 at 7:30pm at ***Twin Pines Senior Center (in front of Cottage).

- Note: Need to decide on date for May meeting (standard date would be Memorial Day, may adjust).

-Discussed various DoC topics including field availability at Sandpiper and Aragon, adjusting roster for Dynamite Red, DeAnza North explanation, and various registration topics

-Discussed various transition topics for old/new Board. Saverio will forward the operational calendar and is writing up helpful items. Eric also has a write-up for the new Treasurer.

-Chris will go to BofA with Tore and Mark after Tore returns from his trip, to get them set up on the Club accounts, remove old signers, and get old/new debit cards taken care of.

-Authorized Tore Svanberg and Mark Dronskiy to be added to the Belmont United checking and savings account at BofA with Chris Zaino remaining on, and to the Club’s PayPal account.
