APPLICATION GUIDELINES

To provide step wise help to applicants for proper submission of Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship 2017

Instructions for applicants while filling the form:-

●Applicants are advised to go through this Information bulletin carefully and acquaint themselves with all the requirements to fill-up the scholarship form.

●It will be the sole responsibility of the applicant to make sure that he/she is eligible to apply and fulfills all the conditions prescribed for the scholarship.

●If ineligibility of the applicant is detected at any stage, before or after applying for scholarship scheme, or during the verification process by authorities, his/her scholarship will be cancelled without any notice. Disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.

●Applicant must check that all details provided by him/her are correct before final submission, as there will be no provision to edit details thereafter.

●Multiple registrations made by a student is strictly prohibited. If the same is found at any stage, the application is liable to be rejected.

●Mode of submission of scholarship application is online and offline.

●Titles/Labels marked as * are mandatory in application.

Eligibility Criterion/ Who Can Apply:

  • Only girl students belonging to six notified Minority Communities i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis are eligible.
  • Scholarship will be awarded to minorities girl students who are studying in Class 9th to 12th, and have secured at-least 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate in previous class.
  • Annual income of students parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.00 lakh.
  • Students have to submit the Income certificate of parents/guardian that should be issued by the Competent Authority declared by the State Government/UTs Administration.

List of documents to be attached compulsorily for scholarship in Hindi/English Version as under:

  • Student Photograph attested by the principal of present school/college.*
  • Institution Verification Form attested by the principal of present school/college.*
  • Self-Attested Certificate of Marksheet of previous class as filled in form.*
  • Income Certificate of parents/guardian to be issued by the competent Authority declared by the State Govt./UTs Administration. *
  • Self-declaration of minority community certificate by the student*
  • Photo copy of the First page of Bank/Postal Account Passbook with, In the name of applicant (either single or joint account with her parents.*
  • Photo copy of Aadhaar Card of the student.

ONLINE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Online submission of application form can be done through the website: (For better visibility, use Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 7)
  1. Click on APPLY NOW →Apply Online or visit directly
  1. To start the application: Login/Register yourself.
  2. You can use the following 3 options to login/register yourself.

●Login with Facebook (Preferred)

●Login with Google Plus (Preferred)

●Login with Email

  1. Now press continue tab and you will be redirected to particular website
  1. Now you have to click on “Registration” and dropdown will occur and you have to click on Apply for Fresh Application button.
  1. Read General Instructions before proceeding further as follows:
  • Students applying for scholarship for the first time need to "Register" on the portal as fresh applicant by providing accurate and authenticated information as printed on their documents in "Student Registration Form". Before initiating registration process, students are advised to keep their Educational and other documents such as Aadhaar Number, Bank passbook etc.
  • State of Domicile – Domicile state means state in which students have their permanent address. Students are required to provide their domicile state correctly as the "Registration No." allotted to them will be based on domicile state and once allotted if cannot be changed under any circumstances.
  1. After reading the general instructions press Continue Tab and you will be moved to registration form page

  1. After this you have to follow 4 Step to complete online application

Step 1 : Fill Registration Details and click on Next Button

  • Details includes personal information i.e, Domicile, Student Name, Annual Family income, Date of birth, Parent Details, Identification Details etc.

Step 2 :Fill Address Details and Click on Next button.

  • This section will consist of Address of student.
  • Mobile No and email id to be mentioned.

Step 3 :Fill Bank and Occupation Details and Click on Next button.

  • Candidate need to fill her bank account details
  • Candidate need to fill father/ Guardian occupation details

Step 4 :Fill Present School Details and Click on Next button.

  • In this section candidate need to fill School/ Institution details.
  • DISE Code of School is Mandatory.

Attach the list of documents, click on I accept T&C, Enter Captcha Code and Submit.

This completes the Online Application Process for Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship 2017 and You have to download form, take print and send it to below mentioned address along with all the necessary documents
