The CGRF, Jhansi has referred a complaint before the Commission under section 14 of UPERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulation 2007 and whereas the Commission initiates the proceeding in the matter under section 142 for non compliance of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum order dated 31-01-2017 in appeal no. 154/2016.
