Introduction
For 15 years, ACME has worked closely with AFCEE as a partner in A-E services excellence,anytime, anywhere. That first contract in 1992 set us on a path of collaborative mutual growth. As AFCEE expanded its AE services geographically and with emerging services, we also met your needs. We went to Iraq and the Middle East when AFCEE needed us there, and we continue to serve you and our country there today.
AFCEE has counted on ACME to being comprehensive, high quality technical expertise and innovation to solve its most challenging needs cost-effectively. We have used innovative Building Information Management (BIM) 3-D Design software to significantly accelerate design time and reduce costs.
We have established our team for this 4PAE08 procurement to continue meeting these needs as well as helping AFCEE’s provide increasing A-E services for design and construction oversight supporting MILCON, Military Family Housing (MFH), and sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) programs.
As a large, multi-faceted firm, ACME provides AFCEE the full spectrum of standard and specialized services expected under the 4PAE08 contract, including MILCON, SRM, and MFH. Strengthening these capabilities, we have added the following team members with specialized experience:
●XXX, an environmental services firm located in Italy with extensive experience at AvianoAB
●YYY a small business providing groundwater modeling and surge capacity
●ZZZ, a small business specializing in military family housing planning studies
●LLL, a small business with specialized skills in DESC and fuel-related work
●MMM, a large business highly experienced with MFH Title I and Title II
●NNN, a large business with specialty expertise in air space and range management
