Beauty on the Go! Bridal/Event Contract
Agreement made this ____ dayof ______. 20__ between (“bride”) ______hereinafter referred to as "purchaser" and Beauty on the Go! hereinafter referred to as "BOTG." The purchaser retains BOTG to provide the following services pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth herein:

All services identified below will be held at a mutually agreeable time and date.Appointments related to any pre-wedding/event service shall be made at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the appointment."Hair" as used herein does not include any services for shampooing, blow drying, cutting, chemical treatments of any kind or any other related or similar service."Make-up" does not include any waxing, facials or any other skin treatment services.

A. Basic Wedding Package: includes hair styling and makeup practice, makeup application and hair style for bridal portrait and wedding ceremony. All styling takes place in the salon. ($450 value)
B. Deluxe Wedding Package: includes the “Lunchtime Facelift” Facial, Hair styling practice with and Makeup application, makeup and hair style on day of bridal portrait and day of the wedding ceremony. Also a 30min pre wedding and 30min wedding day chair massage. All services take place in the salon. ($570 value)
C. Ultimate Wedding Package: hair, makeup and massage. Includes the “Lunchtime Facelift” Facial, practice with multiple makeup and hair style looks during the appointed practice session not to exceed 2hrs in duration, portrait and event in salon, with a 1hr table massage at location of your choice pre-wedding and 30 min event day chair massage in salon. ($800 value)

BOTG requires a minimum of thirty (30) minutes per application for each service. Depending upon the amount of time designated by the purchaser for any services to be completed, in its discretion, BOTG may determine that additional hair or makeup artists will be required. Purchaser will make payments as follows:
A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold the day of the event. Amount paid______and date paid ______.
The $50.00 deposit will hold the day of the event for fourteen (14) days at which time a 50% non-refundable fee payable to BOTG and acompleted, signed contract must be delivered to BOTG. Any remaining balance is due and payable in full to BOTG before BOTG performs any services on the day of the event. In the event that the purchaser and BOTG enter into a contract, the $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be credited and applied to any balance due and owing BOTG.

Any changes in arrangements, location or event time and date must be made in writing and delivered to BOTG at least fourteen (14) days in advance of any event. BOTG does not warrant or guarantee that it will be able to accommodate any changes in arrangements, location or event time and date. BOTG will use its best efforts to try to accommodate any changes. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that purchaser will pay in full for any additional changes at the time the changes are made and it is not refundable.
If the event is canceled less than thirty (30) days prior to the day and time of the event, the purchaser agrees to pay BOTG the full amount owed to BOTG. Any remaining balance is due and owing at the time of cancellation. * Initial ______
ANY DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
If any action at law or in equity is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief to which he or she may be entitled.
The validity of this agreement and of any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is agreed that the venue for any disputes pertaining to this agreement shall be Travis County, Texas.
In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions, and the agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained in it.
This contract represents the entire agreement between purchaser and BOTG. Any changes to this contract must be in writing, attached hereto and signed by both of the parties.
