BCM Blue Jeans is a videoconferencing service provided by the Office of Information Technology at no charge to BCM faculty, staff and students. Using your BCM username and password, you can host a meeting for up to 25 participants using just about any tool you prefer. Anyone can join your event via a meeting room conference system, web browser, or iPhone/iPad app. See below for instructions to scheduleand start a meeting using BCM BlueJeans.

Open a web browser and type bcm.bluejeans.com.
Click on Log in.
The next screen is the BCM single sign-on screen. Type your BCM ECAin the User Namefield and your BCM password.
Click Log in. /
Click Schedule Meeting. /
Enter the meeting details including meeting title, meeting time zone, meeting start date and time, meeting end date and time, invite attendees – list attendees email addresses here- separate multiple entries with a comma, and include a message to describe the meeting if desired.
Click Schedule.
This will generate a calendar invite being sent to all attendees. /
The schedule meeting screen will appear again, this time it will show the meeting you just scheduled.
You can click the Meeting and review the details.
This is the email that will be generated from scheduling the meeting.
The email contains a link to the outlook calendar so that you can easily add the meeting to your personal calendar.

The e-mail also contains the link for joining the meeting.

1. / When it is time for the meeting touch the link from your outlook calendar using your iPad mini to join.
This will open safari and you will need to click Join Meetingfrom this screen.
Once you do this, your BlueJeans App will open on your device and will automatically join the meeting. By joining the meeting from the email invitation the Meeting ID, Passcode, and Name fields will populate with the correct information.
If you are joining a meeting without an email invite, you will need to touch the Join tab and enter the Meeting ID and the Passcode, if required by the meeting moderator into the appropriate fields.
Touch the Join buttonat the bottom of the app.
NOTE:You can ONLY Join a meeting from the BlueJeans app, not Log In. To Log In you must use a web browser (see pg. 1). /
2. / This is the screen you will see when BlueJeans joins the call.
Touch the screen anywhere to get the navigation menu. /
3. / To leave the meeting touch the end callicon.
You will be asked, Are you sure you want to leave this meeting? Touch Yes to confirm and leave the meeting. /
4. / You will be taken back to the Join meeting screen that you saw in Step 1. At this point you can close the BlueJeans App. /
