Experience

/ Minimum 2 years experience of working with diverse communities with substantial self direction.
Experience of working with and motivating disadvantaged / marginalised people
Experience of training delivery in informal settings / Experience and understanding of working alongside volunteers.
Experience of radio broadcasting.

Training

/ Willingness to undertake training as required in related fields. / Application form
Special Knowledge / Ability to transfer own skills and knowledge to others.
