Summary of Comments and Maintenance Requirements:

Diverse mix of preserved woodlands, savannah, grasslands , stock ponds and stream corridors on easement tracts. Buffers zones adjacent to residential lot fenclines are being managed by HOA for understory and vine control. HOA has concerns about runoff and erosional issues on western parcels draining into Simmons Rd. sidewalks and storm sewers. No violations observed.

Description of Current Land Use(s):

Subject easement tracts are located within the boundaries of a conservation subdivision. Tracts are protected as open space and wildlife habitat .

The following questions pertain to the conservation easement area for the time period since the last site visit. Circle a response for each question below.

Explanation of Any Problems Listed Above:

No problems noted on the subject easement property.

Description of Any Man-Made Alterations Since Last Monitoring Visit:

No man-made changes observed other than continued understory vegetation management along fence lines. The erosion issues due to drainage at McKamy Creek Rd. has been rectified by installation of rock check dams on easement Tract C13XR.

Description of Any Natural Alterations Since Last Monitoring Visit:

Continued sedimentation on sidewalks along Simmon Rd due to drainage off of western easement tracts . Erosion control measures are being proposed and investigated by HOA.

List information on buildings or any other structures currently being built on the subject property, or proposed for construction within the easement area (locations, dimensions, etc.):

There is an outfall structure proposed by landowner to north (Villamora) and approved by Grantee that will drain across Tract C10XR of easement.

Are structures being built or proposed for construction within existing Building Envelopes? If not, explain:

Not applicable at this time. No structures are currently being considered for construction in the nature education staging area on Tract C12X.

Very good vegetation cover over easement tracts. Ponds and creek contained water.

Properties to west, south and east are residential subdivisions. Property to northeast is a school ground. Property to northwest is currently undeveloped, but proposed as a new subdivision.

No recommended changes to current land management. HOA is investigation possible erosion control structures to reduce the erosive action on the easement tracts along Simmons Road..
