Jr.officer IPQA

  • Verification of daily and monthly calibration activity of balances, In Process instruments to ensure their proper working.
  • Prevention of product contamination while processing by ensuring adherence to the approved standard procedures and compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • Ensure online documentation in practice by ensuring regular updation of Log books, Material bin cards, Status labels, Manufacturing and packing records.
  • Initiation of non compliance reporting, intimation to department in charge and ensure the corrective action, if any deviations observed.
  • Verify the effectiveness of cleaning procedure in place
  • Ensure the materials for use are from approved vendors, released from Quality Control and dispensed according to FIFO/FEFO system in place, and are as per Bill of Material in Batch Record.
  • To ensure the packing materials issued are according to packing record, packing activity/mode of packing are as per packing record.
  • Perform and Verify the in process checks results to ensure the product meet in process specification and carry out the in process checks in specified interval.
  • Sampling of in process product according to approved procedures/protocol ensures the results are with in the limits and clearance for next stage of process.
  • Finished product sampling according to approved procedures / protocols.
  • To ensure proper labeling, weights of product filled container are as per the records, labels against weight records and packing mode as per processing records while transferring materials to finished goods stores.
  • Perform AQL as per the Batch record, approved procedures.
  • Collection of Control, Validation, Stability and QC samples.

Other activity:

  • Handling of Change control and Deviation.
  • Review of BMR/BPR`s.
  • Review and preparation of SOP`s.
  • Coordinate with Validation team during process validation batches.
  • Specimen label generation and weigh report checking.
  • Apart from the above activities, any job assigned by HOD, Manager-QA shall be performed.
