Batons

Batons are restricted for sale or shipment to/within the state of California. This restriction does not apply to following customer types:

-Special Police Officers – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Uniformed Security Guards – we must receive a copy of their Guard Card and Baton Permit/Certificate

  • Retail locations must review Guard Card and Baton Permit prior to sale

-Police Officer – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Peace Officer – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Sheriff Deputies/Officers – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Police Departments

-Sheriff Departments

-Security Agencies

  • Verify agency is licensed in California.

Self Defense Spray

Self-defense sprays larger than 2.5 oz. net weight are restricted for sale to/within the state of California. The 2.5 oz. restriction does not apply to the following customer types:

-Special Police Officers – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Uniformed Security Guards – we must receive a copy of their Guard Card and Pepper Spray Permit/Certificate

  • Retail locations must review Guard Card and Pepper Spray Permit/Certificate prior to sale

-Police Officer – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Peace Officer – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Sheriff Deputies/Officers – must receive ID and verify employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Police Departments

-Sheriff Departments

-Security Agencies

  • Verify agency is licensed in California.

-U.S. Military – must receive ID or validate current status

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Federal Law Enforcement – must receive ID and validate employment

  • Retail locations must review ID prior to sale

-Private Investigator – must receive a copy of Pepper Spray Permit/Certificate

Self-defense sprays 2.5 oz. or less can be sold to all California residents age 18 or older.
