5 new tools that help make your job easier – and a new site to learn more!

Are you looking for ways to simplify your day-to-day group benefits plan administration workload?

Good news! Manulife is launching a series of new digital and service-focused enhancements to help you and your plan members save time and effort.

To help you stay on top of these new developments, we’ve created the Advance Hub.

With the Advance Hub, you’ll find information on the latest enhancementsavailable for both you and your plan members.You’ll also be able to downloadsupport materials such as email templates and posters to share information with your plan members.

Check back on the Advance Hub regularly – we’re adding updates all the time.

In the meantime, here are the latest enhancements:

  1. Submit disability claims online

If you use standard forms and have a health and dental plan with Manulife, you or your plan members can now complete and submit disability claims online—no need to mail or fax claim forms.It’squick, easy and secure – and another way Manulife is simplifying benefits administration for you.Learn more.

  1. View monthly premiums online

Calculating payroll deductions can be quicker and easier than ever before. Now you can view plan members’ monthly premium amounts on the plan administrator website. You’ll no longer need to wait for your next bill to determine the monthly premium amounts, or have to call the Customer Service Centre for this information. Learn more.

  1. Send files online

Quickly and securely send day-to-day paperwork in just about any file type through the plan administrator secure site – no need to mail or fax us anymore! Our new Send Filestool will help save you time, providespeedier service, quicker transactions and faster onboarding for your plan members. Learn more.

  1. Add plan member deposits online

If you offer your plan members a Health Care Spending Account or Taxable Spending Account, you can now easily add deposits directly on the plan administrator website. You’ll also receive an Excel report showing completed deposits. This will save you the time and hassle of having to call or fax this information over to us.Learn more.

  1. Activation keys: deactivating soon!
