Please use this form to submit suggestions that you would like the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board(San Diego Water Board) to consider during its review of the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Diego Basin (Basin Plan). Suggestionsabout water quality standards (e.g., beneficial uses andwater quality objectives) or any aspect of the Basin Plan are welcome. Suggestions from the public help the San Diego Water Board identify issues that may need to be addressed through Basin Plan amendments.
