Wholesale Agreement Terms

I. Pricing/Ordering

The wholesale price for Migrastil is $10.00 per bottle and is available to U.S. healthcare providers and approved natural health stores. One bottle contains 60 capsules- a one month supply when used as suggested. Orders must be in multiples of 10 with a minimum of 10 bottles. The suggested retail price for Migrastil is $20.00, but sellers are free to set their own prices. No pricing information appears on the bottle. Wholesale Buyer agrees not to sell Migrastil on Amazon.com.

Payments may be made via credit card or PayPal through our secure online store at For payments by business check, please contact us at

III. Shipping Costs and Times

Buyer will pay one half of the shipping cost. Basic Vigor pays the other half. Orders will be shipped via USPS using the cheapest rate available. Shipping insurance is available upon request at buyer’s expense. Orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business day after receipt of payment. Large orders may require longer lead times.

IV. Returns

Unopened bottles are accepted within ten days after receipt by buyer with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. No returns accepted for opened bottles or bottles without intact safety seals.

V. Privacy

Basic Vigor respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as necessary for shipping. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only.

VI. False Claims

Wholesale Buyer understands that products from Basic Vigor are not represented as having any medicinal value and the Wholesale Buyer is not authorized to make any drug-type claims for products of Basic Vigor to cure any disease or condition. Wholesale Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Basic Vigor (and its officers, executive, employees and agents) against any claims, liability, obligations, expenses) or damages arising out of any false representations made by Wholesale Buyer in connection with any products of Basic Vigor.

VII. Coupon Codes

Online coupon codes do not apply to our wholesale partners unless specifically stated.

This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned without written approval from Basic Vigor Nutraceuticals.
