Barclays commissioned Pringle Brandon to undertake a building search and evaluation for their new European HQ. Pringle Brandon then developed the strategic brief and fit out for the working floors and special areas of the new 31-floor flagship building at Canary Wharf. The scope of the briefing project included definition of business aims and efficiency targets, user surveys and workshops, development of FM and IT operational strategies, analyses of workplace options and development of concept and scheme designs including finishes for all special areas.
