  1. A refundable deposit of S$50.00 for all bookings.
  1. Bookings:
  1. Only residents above the age of 18 with valid Resident Cards are permitted to book the BBQ pits.
  2. Residents must produce their resident card and verification upon booking of the facility.
  3. Bookings must be made on the application form obtainable at the Management Office. Booking of the facility for a specific day may be made one month in advance. Allocations will be made on a first-come, first served basis. A refundable deposit of S$50.00 plus the non-refundable charge as per Pit number shall be payable to confirm the booking. All bookings are not transferable.
  4. Booking in person starts from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays on from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays. Telephone bookings start from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays and from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays.
  5. For telephone booking, payment by cheque shall be made by 10.00 am on the next working day. Cheques can be deposited into the management office letterbox. Do not deposit cash. Telephone bookings will be automatically cancelled without reference to the applicant if payment is not received by the stipulated time. The time slot will then be released for other residents to book.
  6. Telephone booking is considered as successful only when the application form is signed and accepted by the management and the payment is received by the next working day.
  7. To discourage frivolous bookings, residents who fail to turn up for two bookings and have not made proper cancellations, will be barred from booking the facility for the next two (2) months.
  8. Cancellation of bookings shall be made at least one (1) week before the date booked. No refund shall be made for cancellation within one (1) week of the function. Residents who make a proper cancellation can reschedule their cancelled booking without making additional payment.
  9. Each apartment is entitled to book one pit per session per month.
  10. Last minute weekend bookings of BBQ pits can be made by completing the booking form obtainable from the Siglap Security Guard Post. Residents must produce their resident card for verification to the Security officer upon booking of the facility. Payment must be made at the Management office by the next working day.
  1. The number of guests is limited to thirty (30). If the guests exceed 20, it is advisable that a guest list (name & vehicle numbers) be given to the Management office to facilitate security control and guests’ easy access into the condominium.
  2. Setting up of tents, shelters or covers and camping overnight is strictly prohibited.
  3. No items including tables and chairs are to be removed from the BBQ area at any time.
  4. Highly flammable equipment and portable BBQ burners are not permitted.
  5. Live music or discos are not permitted.
  6. Portable music players are permitted at the BBQ areas provided that there are no complaints from residents. The Management reserves the right to request the removal of any such equipment should it deem fit.
  7. The resident shall ensure the cleanliness of the areas after use.
  8. The resident host shall ensure that there is not excessive noise or nuisance caused to other residents.
  9. Inspection of the BBQ pit and the areas shall be carried out by the Management to determine whether there has been compliance with the Rules and Regulations in respect of the BBQ pits and its facilities to the satisfaction of the Management. All cost incurred in cleaning the area and rectifying any damage shall be borne by the resident concerned.
  10. All unwanted and leftover food, litter etc. should be disposed of in the provided trash bins. Washing of barbecue utensils, equipment, cutlery or crockery are restricted at the BBQ pit sink.
  11. Permission must be obtained from the Management prior to hiring of additional tables and chairs to be used at the barbecue.
  12. The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage, loss of life, limb or property sustained by residents and their guests, however caused when using the facilities.
