She also served as the keynote speaker at the Indiana Athletic Trainers convention.
Barbara’s expertise combined with her energetic and engaging instruction style provide an informative and enjoyable way to learn a new treatment method and earn continuing education credits.

Barbara graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist from the Health Enrichment School of Therapeutic Massage, specializing in neck and shoulder work, in 1995, and received her instructor's certification in Kinesio Taping® in 2005.Her post-graduate studies include:
- Postural correction through structural integration;
- Trigger point therapy;
- Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization;
- Visceral manipulation; and
- Neural manipulation.
She is co-owner of Heal Thyself & Co., a muscle rehabilitation clinic, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Sang lead vocals on “Colors," written by Jim Irsay (Indianapolis Colts) and produced by Kenny Aronoff (John Mellencamp), which aired on MTV.
Signed with independent label Rainbow Harvest Music and produced the first CD “Breakthrough,” which received local and national airplay.
