SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM
Please complete this form and send it to your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
Tuition will be between $350. A $50 deposit is due with this completed registration form.
Forms need to be at the school no later than March31, 2017.
You can pay the balance in full by May 5th or you can split the balance with at least ½ of
the remaining balancedue no later than May5th, 2017 and the remaining balance due by
June 1, 2017.
The 1st payment due on March31st is nonrefundable and payments will only be
refunded if summer school does not make due to low enrollment.

Baranoff Elementary Academic Intervention Based Summer School
Dear Parents,
We are hosting an intervention based academic summer school for students at Baranoff Elementary for incoming first through fifth graders.
WHO SHOULD CONSIDER ATTENDING?
- Any student who is currently in grades K – 4 and struggling or needing additional support in reading, writing, and or math.
- If you are not sure if your child should attend, you may want to consult your child’s teacher.
- Students need to commit to attending all 3 weeks.
WHEN WILL SUMMER SCHOOL BE OFFERED?
- June 5-23 from 8am – 12pm
- The 3rd grade annex doors will open at 8am and drop off will begin at 7:45 am. Ms. Sanchez will be with students from 7:45 to 8:00.
- Students will need to be picked up at noon each day out in the back of the school by the bus porch.
HOW MUCH WILL SUMMER SCHOOL COST?
- The total cost of summer school will be$350.
- $50.00 nonrefundable depositis due no later than March31, Friday, along with the attached registration form.
- The remaining balance can be split into two payments. The first half can need to be paid no later than May 5th with the remaining balance to be paid no later than June 1, Thursday.
- Checks are to be made out to: Baranoff Elementary School. Please put: “Summer school” and your child’s name in the memo field.
WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM?
- To solidify and improve current grade level skills in reading, writing, and math.
- To provide hands on learning opportunities for your child to work in a small group setting with 7-9 other students led by a certified teacher.
- To give pre and post assessments to measure growth. A parent report will be provided on June 23 to share progress.
