In this capacity, a banking account manager has to explain to the new customer the different services the bank offers. He should help the customer in the process of opening a new account, receive and count working cash, validate cash checks, accept cash and check deposits and check them for accuracy against the deposit slips, process cash withdrawals, and prepare personal money orders, issue traveler’s checks, exchange foreign currency and prepare cashier’s checks.
