ALL BAND STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN THIS FORM
NO LATER THAN Friday, September 30, 2011
The student’s cost of the trip will not exceed $850.00 (in addition to operating expenses). Operating expenses are as follows: Returning students $386.00; first year students $289.00; second semester-only students $193.00. Trip cost can also be raised through fund raising after operating expenses and any other obligations have been met. Unless 50% of your total due (operating plus trip expenses) has already been earned, a $50.00 non-refundable feemust accompany this Trip Commitment Form, which will be applied to the student’s statement. Statements will be sent via e-mail the week of September 26. If you do not receive yours by September 28 or have questions, please contact Dennis Regulinski at .

PLEASE NOTE: The Linganore Band Trip to Orlando, Florida is an optional, extracurricular activity. All students must be academically eligible at the time of travel, which means a GPA of 2.0 and no F grades. Students who are not eligible may not participate. No refunds will be granted to students unable to travel due to academicineligibility. Once this commitment is signed and returned, you are obligated for any monies spent on your behalf.
Please indicate below if you are interested in being a chaperone. Many factors are considered, but the major factor is your involvement in non-quota earning activities. Chaperone cost cannot be determined at this time, but will be more than the student cost due to the number of people in each hotel room.
