July 2017

Dear Colleague

BALL AND NET OFFER 2016/2017

Tennis Surrey is pleased to confirm that, by using some of our sponsorship funding, we can to continue to offer tennis nets and balls at very special prices.

We have chosen top quality nets from Harrod UK Limited; one a 3.5mm model and an alternative 2.7mm model. Both models are of tournament quality.

The offer is for two nets per venue per annum (starting 1 October 2016) at the very low price of £55 or £40. You may order either two 3.5mm or two 2.7mm, or one of each.

Any number of additional nets can be added to the order at prices which will save you approximately 30% off the normal published price.

****************

The balls are Wilson US Open and are available in cases of 6 dozen. The offer is for up to six cases per venue per annum* (starting 1 October 2016) at the special price of £36 per case. Extra cases of balls may be ordered at £52 per case.

The balls must be collected from Surbiton Racquet and Fitness Club. Please include your email address on the order form as you will be sent an ‘authorisation to collect’. Without production of a hard copy of this authorisation, you will not be able to collect your ball order.

Please send your order to me on the enclosed order form, together with your cheque, as soon as possible. Please telephone me if you require any further information, and I hope this offer will help your finances.

Yours sincerely

Tony Scarlett – Tennis Surrey

*This allowance will be divided into two six month periods, ie you may order three cases at £36/case between 1 October 2016 and 30 March 2017, and a further three cases at £36/case between 1 April 2017 and 30 September 2017
