Open Call to Children & Adult Artists
Both children & adult artists are invited to submit artwork for consideration of participation in Baldwin Park’s Arts Festival. Art work in the following mediums are welcome: Painting, Metal, Drawing, Watercolor, Jewelry, Clay, Mixed Media, Photography, Glass, and Sculpture.
Submission Guidelines
All of the information below must be submitted in order for the artist to be considered for exhibition. Send entire package to: Baldwin Park Arts Festival

1. Maximum of four (4) photographs – jpeg images via a CD are also acceptable.
2. One (1) photograph of your fully set up and stocked Booth/Display – this image should show the booth/display as it will appear at the Baldwin Park Arts Festival, if you are selected. jpeg images via a CD are also acceptable.
3. Completion of Official Entry Form (If entrant is under the age of 18, parent or guardian must sign)
4. Entry Form Fee - $30.00 (THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE). Check must be signed, dated and made out to Baldwin Park Merchants Association.
5. Booth Entry Fee - $100.00. Please submit a separate check that is signed, dated and made out to Baldwin Park Merchants Association.
6. OPTIONAL - Tent Rental Fee - $175.00. One 10 x 10 tent (per booth space) is available for rental Please submit a separate check that is signed, dated and made out to Baldwin Park Merchants Association
Baldwin Park Festival Rules
Ø Only artist selected by the Baldwin Park Arts Festival committee may exhibit work within the Baldwin Park Arts Festival. All artists listed on the application must be present, oversee their exhibit at all times and display their work for the duration of the show. Assistants (including family members) are welcome, but NOT in place of the artist.
Ø Photographs submitted for consideration must be representative of the works that will be exhibited in the Baldwin Park Arts Festival. If exhibited work or booth display differs significantly from the photographs submitted, the artist will be asked to remove unacceptable work and/or rework the booth display.
Ø Booth spaces measure approximately 10’ x 10’. Artist set-up (including inventory and personal materials) must be contained in this space. Booth/Display must begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and be completed by 9:30 a.m.
Ø Approximately twenty-four (24) artists will be accepted into the festival. There will be a reserve alternate list in the case of cancellations. Artists chosen for the reserve alternate list will be notified, and their photographs held.
Ø Artists are responsible for their own insurance and the collections and reporting of any applicable taxes. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a $40 fee must be paid to Baldwin Park Arts Festival.
