6.30pmFlag break (Blue six) and Grand Howl. 10 points for all those in place at 6.30pm.

6.35pmInspection. Tabaqui to coordinate. Mark each Cub out of 10 points. Consider overall appearance, whether scarf is folded properly (at least 2 v) and if badges are in the right place. Note points against each Cub on sheet

6.45pmConker competition [Hathi]
Cubs should come with a conker already holed and on string plus a couple of spares. Pick somebody from another six to challenge so that the winner gets points. Perhaps 5 points for the first win, 10 points for the next one, etc. Report wins to Tabaqui for scoring on the board. We are unlikely to have time to get to an ultimate winner.

7.30pmAward presentations
District Commissioner is coming to present Chief Scouts Silver Award to Adam Magson, plus a number of Chief Scouts Bronze Awards to ex-Beavers – George Hill, Jim Walker, Clementine Tester and to Anna Cuthbert who is now a Brownie.

7.40pmFlying up and goodbye
Glyn will fly up Holly into Scouts. We also say goodbye to Tom and Adam M (after reclaiming the Cub of the Month woggle)

7.45pmNew Sixers and Seconds
As a result of the departures we have some promotions and six changes to administer. Outgoing Sixers to present badges to their new Sixers

• Reds: no changes this week. James Wilson stays until 25 Nov
• Yellows: Harry becomes Sixer, Craig becomes Second
• Greens: Lauren becomes Sixer, Ethan moves in (from Blues)
• Blues: Jake becomes Sixer, Luke moves in and becomes Second

7.50pmAwards celebration [Raksha]
We celebrate the changes and awards with our usual hot dogs and squash. Raksha to organise. Squash and ketchup should be in the camp boxes in our cupboard.

7.55pmFlag down. Parent’s collect

Sixes – we want to get the sixes working better together. Allocate an adult to each six for flag break/grand howl and have Tabaqui standing by the board to take off points. Impress need to be ready first and line up quietly. First six ready gets +5 points

Badges – Raksha to ensure that badge box contains one moving onto Scouts awards plus 3 x Sixer and 2 x Second badges. Also may need 1 x green woggle and 1 x blue woggle, 9 x join in 1, 1 x join in 2

Jungle book name – need to find one for Nova and Nick W – see for suggestions (excluding Bandarlog and Mowgli of course)
