  17. A separate commissioners meeting preceded the general commission meeting.

  21. Insurance
  22. CUDA, Athens and Neillsville have their proof of insurance in
  23. Spencer, Columbus, Nekoosa and Loyal must have proof of insurance submitted to Brian no later than August 2, 2010.
  24. Schedule
  25. The master schedule for the year has been posted to the web site
  26. Online
  27. We need to clean up all the old documents on the web site. Derek will assist with that.
  28. Each team needs a contact defined on the national site and rosters must be submitted by October 1, 2010.

  30. Nekoosa presented their rosters (2 Jr. PeeWee, 1 PeeWee) and coaches

  45. Thanks to all for helping out! We will do this again next year. Over 330 kids attended this year. We may break this into two sections next year.
  46. Speed camp at Columbus this week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  47. New Business
  48. Sportsmanship pin handout
  49. We have 600 football pins and 250 cheer pins
  50. Refs give one to a football player from each team
  51. Coaches give one or two to a member of their own team
  52. We will try to make sure each kid receives a pin throughout the year
  53. Cheer – coaches determine how to distribute
  54. Anyone that needs more pins should contact Brian
  55. Distribution
  56. Spencer: 100 football/50 cheer
  57. Loyal: 75 football/25 cheer
  58. Nekoosa: 75 football/25 cheer
  59. Neillsville: 75 football/25 cheer
  60. CUDA: 150 football/25 cheer
  61. Columbus: 50 football/50 cheer
  62. Athens: Absent from meeting
  63. Scrimmage Schedule
  64. Columbus (2 jr/0 pw), Neillsville (2 jr/1 pw), Nekoosa (2 jr/1 pw) and Loyal (2 jr/1 pw) will scrimmage at Columbus.
  65. CUDA (4 jr/2 pw), Spencer (3 jr/1 pw) and Athens (1 jr/0 pw) will scrimmage at CUDA.
  66. Columbus and CUDA need to schedule the scrimmage by the August 8th meeting
  67. Schedule weigh in times
  68. Have 1-2 people (not coaches) responsible for running the weigh in
  69. Record and submit exact weights for each player (minus helmet)
  70. Contact Todd about players not present so official weigh-ins can be scheduled prior to the first game.
  71. Schedule for 40 minutes (15 minutes, 5 minute half, 15 minutes, 5 minutes between scrimmages)
  72. Coaches will ref so bring a whistle
  73. Each team will get 2 scrimmages
  74. Non-Agenda Items
  75. Next meeting is scheduled for August 1st. This is equipment handout.
