1.Introduction

NorthernPathways, a consortium comprised of John Laing, John Holland and Serco, are delivering the new Clarence Correctional Centre in partnership with the NSW Government. NorthernPathways, via the John Laing Charitable Trust, and in association with Serco and John Holland, is inviting Expressions of Interest from Clarence Valley welfare organisations requiring financial and in-kind assistance for projects and programs to specifically address education, youth and disadvantaged, homelessness and community regeneration.

The following information is required for financial and/or in-kind support provided by Clarence Valley organisations which must be established with charitable and community interest purposes.Individuals are not eligible to apply.

Expressions of Interest proposals should be sent via e-mail to by no later than 3:00pm Friday 27 April 2018. Enquiries can be directed to Stephen Sabbatucci, Development Director on the same email, or by phone 02 8999 9316.

Subject to assessment of eligibility and provisional support being granted for the EOI Proposal, NorthernPathways will advise if the Proponent is required to provide more detailed information for further assessment.
