Erin Bruns of Lake Preston was a visitor at the Wendell and Alice Bruns home this past week.
Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended the Clark/Castlewood girls and boys basketball games in Castlewood on Tuesday evening.
Deb Engels hosted the January meeting of the Henry United Methodist Women. The February meeting will be at the home of Alice Bruns.
Lindy and Lesa Swedeen and family traveled to the Sioux Falls Heart Hospital Monday afternoon to see Arlen Swedeen. The family spent the week at the Heart Hospital’s Prairie Guest House and returned home on Friday evening.
Janice Sharp and Becky Fedt and Madison treated Carol O’Neill to lunch on Sunday in celebration of her birthday.
Tom and Karen Miller and girls of Iroquois were Sunday evening supper guests at the Calvin and Lois Schoepp home.

Wendell and Alice Bruns went to Huron on Tuesday to visit their granddaughter, Amber Bruns and her mother, Melissa.
Danny and Bonita Sharp attended the Farm Service Agency Christmas party on Saturday evening in Watertown.
An open house baby shower was held on Sunday afternoon at the Donna Kittelson home for Hunter Wientjes, son of Brian and Cindy Wientjes and Maggie Hovde, daughter of Mike and Cheryl Hovde. Those attending from a distance were Lillian Wientjes and Terri Wientjes and family of Mobridge.
Morris and Eleanor Van Sickle were Monday afternoon callers at the Calvin Schoepp home.
Dan and Karrie O’Neill and Brandon of Castlewood, Mike O’Neill and Angela of Clark, Kylie Steen and girls of Watertown, Mark and Renee O’Neill and Jerry and Carol O’Neill enjoyed supper out in remembrance of Carol’s birthday.
Harlan and Mary Bruns of Volga and Wendell and Alice Bruns spent time together in Watertown on Sunday and later came to the Wendell Bruns’ home in Henry for pizza supper and to watch the football game.
