  • Wall to Wall Media Limited would like to keep this Application Form for future related use when, for example, producing any series of the Series or other similar programmes. If you do not consent to this it will not influence Wall to Wall Media Limited’s decision in the auditions and selection process for this Series. If you consent, the Wall to Wall Media Limited will keep this information for a maximum of 6 years. Please note that if you are contacted by the Wall to Wall Media Limited in relation to any other programme and you are interested in applying for that other programme you may be required to complete an entirely new application form specific for such other programme.

Terms & Conditions:

  • You must be a family unit with at least two children minimum age requirement aged 8 and over and your family unit must be living at home during the summer months of July and August 2016 inclusive.
  • Any boked or planned holidays will not preclude you from applying to take part in the Series.If you have booked or are planning to book any family holidays during this period, this must be disclosed to us as soon as possible.
  • Your application is confidential. By submitting an application you grant to Wall to Wall Media Limited and the BBC (and confirm that you have the right to grant) any and all consents necessary pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended, the “DPA”) to store, handle and/or process your personal data and the personal data of all Family Members (including sensitive personal data) for the purposes of: (i) the Series (and, where you have consented above, a further series of the Series or other similar programmes); (ii) all exploitation of the Series (including, without limitation, any and all marketing and publicity of the Series); (iii) as may reasonably be necessary for the effective running of Wall to Wall Media Limited’s business (i.e. including the transfer of such personal data outside of the EEA (where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as those in the EEA) and/or to the broadcaster, distributor and/or such other party necessary for the production and/or exploitation of the Series); and/or to the broadcaster, distributor and/or such other party necessary for the production and/or exploitation of the Series); and (iv) in order for Wall to Wall Media Limited to comply with any and all of its obligations under applicable laws (including, without limitation, for the purpose of complying with data subject access requests). This does not affect Wall to Wall Media Limited’s obligations and responsibilities under the DPA and/or your rights as a data subject.
  • You must be a resident in the UK and have the right to live and work in the UK. If you have a visa to live and work in the UK yourvisa must allow you to work in excess of 20 hours per week.
  • We reserve the right at all times in our absolute discretion to change, extend, cancel or curtail the application process, including without limitation, the structure, content and dates as we see fit
  • If you and your family are successful in being selected to take part in the Series, you will be required to sign a participant agreement which will set out in greater detail the terms and conditions of your participation in the Series.
  • There is no commitment to take part in the Series at this initial stage.
