BACK BEYOND THE GARDEN GATE

RE-ENTERING EDEN

In about 2004, Yahuweh spoke to me: “I am putting back the veil”.

Yahushua has been “courting” His Bride—drawing her back into His Presence more and more—away from the chitchat, the noise and confusion of the outer court, away from even the busyness of ministry--into the Most Set-Apart Place, where He dwells.

As in my articles “Morphing Into Two Different Types of Humans” and “The Stump”, I speak to a small remnant who is returning to the state of being before sin entered—back before man fell for the deceiving, lying wiles of Lucifer—back to the Garden of Eden, where man once walked with Elohim, and ate of the tree of life and would live forever. There is a remnant of people in these last days that are marked and sealed, who cannot die, but like Enoch will walk with Elohim and then Messiah will take them as His Bride to Mount Zion.

Genesis 3:21-24: “And Yahuweh Elohim made coats of skin for the man and his wife and dressed them. And Yahuweh Elohim said, `See, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever… So Elohim sent him out of the Garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken, and He drove the man out. And He placed Cherubim at the east of the Garden of Eden, and a flaming sword, which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.”

He made skins from animals to clothe them – skins that most likely were still covered with the blood of the animal. This is the “garment of salvation”—the blood of the Lamb of Elohim – however they still could not stay in the Garden because they opened a door to the “flesh” and the potential to choose what the flesh wants (sees, hears, tastes, feels, and smells—the five senses, which control the lusts of the soul/mind, emotions and will.

I John 2:15-17: “Do not love the world, nor the things which are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Because all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but the one doing the desire of Elohim remains forever”.

The same temptation that Lucifer used on Eve is the same temptation the enemy uses with every one born from her. It is only in the true new birth that one becomes a “new creation” and the eternal spirit comes alive, and is able once again to contact the Eternal realm of Yahuweh and live in His Presence.

If they had used their new potential of disobedience, there would always be the possibility of sin, and if they ate of the tree of life, they would live forever in this state of potential rebellion against His will--Elohim could not have that…

Man therefore lost the intimacy that Elohim wanted to have with His set-apart creation. Man chose sin over relationship with Him. But, now, He has a remnant few who choose relationship over sin, fleshly desires, self-pleasing, personal agendas and ambitions. He has a few who choose to submit totally to His will, and in doing so find the joy of the Garden once again. There is no desire in the heart of this remnant to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, because this remnant knows what it really is.

This remnant are the ones of Revelation 22:3-5, who have the right to eat of the tree of life, and to remain in His Presence forever.

Revelation 22:1-2, 14: “And he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb. In the middle of the street and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations…Blessed are those doing His commandments so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city”.

This remnant is now passing back beyond the flaming swords of the angels, into the Garden once again. The cherubim are instructed to let them return, but to keep guarding the Garden against any intruders. The flaming sword that goes out of the mouth of Messiah at His coming is the Word of Elohim.

Genesis 3: There were many fruit trees in the Garden, but in the middle of the Garden was the tree of life, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He gave man free will. He did not hide the options. Man had the right to either obey, or disobey and pay the consequences. It is the same today. Each human being has the same right of choice. But, as Matthew 7:13-14 says, only a few choose the “narrow way” of obedience and humble servanthood to Yahuweh, and thus can enter the narrow gate that leads to life.

Is Messiah talking about the few that enter the gates of the City that leads to the right to eat of the tree of life? It sounds so…

From Matthew 7:13-14: “Enter in through the narrow gate!…Because the gate is narrow and the way is hard pressed which leads to life and there are few who find it”. Enter the narrow gate of obedience and submission to Yahuweh’s will in humility and love – and the way leads to life—the tree of life – and few find it.

Revelation 2:7 to the assembly at Ephesus: “…To him who overcomes, I shall give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of Elohim”.

The word “paradise” is a reference to the Garden of Eden.

Overcoming can only be done in league with the Spirit of Yahuweh leading! No one can overcome and enter into life on their own initiative. If one is not daily flowing in obedience to the leading of the Spirit now, they won’t know His leading in the times ahead.

Messiah was the second Adam. He is called “the son of Adam”… or “Son of man”. He chose not to rebel against Yahuweh. He chose not to sin. He could

have sinned, but He remained without sin, for He only did and said what His Father commanded of Him. There is a remnant now that are also choosing to submit to the will of Yahuweh and not sin. I John 2 and 3 speak of this state of blamelessness. Revelation 14:1-5 describes this blameless remnant. Yahuweh says: “Be set-apart as I am set-apart”. Blamelessness begins with set-apartness in purity/singleness of heart. It is the lifestyle of the Bridal remnant. She is exclusive with One only – her Beloved. Her life revolves around what pleases only Him.

The second Adam chose not to sin. His Bride also chooses not to sin, so that she might please Him. Sin (transgression) is rebellion against the instructions of Yahuweh. Many try to religiously guard Torah, but they do not do it in the spirit of the nature of Yahushua Messiah. Guarding Torah does not replace living humbly and contritely in the fear of Elohim in love and peace, joy and faith, longsuffering, kindness, gentleness, and self-control. Many religiously quote Deuteronomy 6:4 each Shabbat, but they do not live out Deuteronomy 6:5.

Therefore, He is returning His tiny Bridal remnant back to her place in His Garden--back beyond the cherubim guards, to the place behind the veil – the place of Psalm 91:1 – where He will guard over her and take her to be His wife, forever. The whole Word is focused on the up-coming wedding, and we should be too—whether we are one of the guests, an attendant, or part of His Beloved Bride.
