BMACC Program

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

APPLICATION DEADLINES: October 15* and March 15*

*Please make sure that you take the GMAT at least 4 weeks PRIOR to the deadline

Please read the following information and instructions before completing this application toapply to the BMACC program.

Before you apply for the BMACC program, please be advised that this program is unique.

It is a combined BS/MS program and students must successfully complete 150 units to be awardedsimultaneously, the B.S. degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and then the M.S. degree inAccountancy. Students must apply and be admitted to the BS/MS (4+1) program (BMACC). Once you apply and are admitted into the program you must fulfill all requirements of the BMACC program beforeyou will be granted the BS or the MS degree. If you change your mind and decide to go back tothe Accounting major BS degree, you will not be able to reenter the BMACC program and the graduate units you completed will not count towards a graduate degree at SDSU.

BRING A COPY OF YOUR DEGREE EVALUATION TO EBA 448.

STUDENTS MAY APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME DURING THEIR UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES AFTER COMPLETING AT LEAST TWO UPPER-DIVISION* CORE ACCOUNTANCY COURSES (MUST INCLUDE ACCOUNTANCY 331).

2)3.0 SDSU GPA

3)3.0 CBA Upper Division Major GPA

4)Satisfactory score on the GMAT

5)Satisfactory score on TOEFL, if needed.

MSA SCHOLARSHIP for BMacc Students:

All applicants MUST check the “YES” box to be considered for any BMACCscholarships. Failure to check the box will make you ineligible for any BMACC scholarships. All eligible scholarship applicants MUST COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTSAND REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIMELINES.

* Upper division core ACCTG courses are defined as ACCTG 331, 332, 333, 334, 431 and 432
