  • While attending The Lawrenceville School (NJ), worked alongside of former Philadelphia Eagles strength and conditioning coach, Duane Carlisle. While working with Coach Carlisle, assisted him in his preparation to train college football players in their preparation for the NFL combine. Watched, participated, and helped set up various exercises for the players.
  • Trinity Performance Training (Delaware)
  • In September 2012, founded Trinity Performance Training, a sports performance ministry for aspiring athletes in Delaware and surrounding areas. Aid in the process of finding scholarship opportunities for athletes aspiring to continue their athletic careers in college.
  • Assistant Coach at Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE)
  • Responsible for all strength and conditioning for the Red Lion football program as well as coaching the wide receivers and defensive backs for the varsity and junior varsity football teams.
