B-1 ATTAINMENT OF OBJECTIVES

The quality and depth of effort required for the attainment of the objectives of this contract shall be performed by personnel
possessing not less than the level of qualifications proposed by the contractor and considered by the Government in the award of this contract.
B2 ESTIMATED COST, FIXED FEE AND PAYMENT
In consideration for its undertakings under this contract, the Government shall pay to the contractor the cost thereof determined by the Contracting Officer to be allowable subject to the provisions of the clause entitled "Allowable Cost and Payment" of the general provisions of this contract.
a. It is estimated that the total cost of the work required to be performed under this contract is $ (exclusive of fee).
b. For performance of the work required by this contract, the Government will pay the contractor a fixed fee in the amount of $ subject to the provisions of the clause entitled "Fixed Fee" of the contract clauses of this contract. Such fee shall be paid as it accrues in monthly installments. Each instaLlment, thus payable, shall be paid in an amount which will bear the same proportion to the total amount of fixed fee as the payment an account of the allowable cost bears to the total estimated cost of the performance of this contract.

Performance by the Contractor of the technical aspects of this contract shall be under the cognizance of the Defense Advanced Research Project Office, USAMICOM, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. AU technical Liaison with and technical surveillance of the contractor, within the scope of this contract, will be furnished by Chief, ARPA Program Office, or his authorized representative. Communication of technical matters pertaining to this contract shall be directly between the Contractor and the U.S. Army Missile Command, ATTNs AHSMIRDIWSDP, Redstone Arsenal, AL, 358985249, with a copy of such correspondence to the ACO and PCO.
The above clause is governed by the following:
No change in the scope or within the scope of this contract which would effect a change in any ta= or provision of this contract shall be made except by a modification executed by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor is responsible to insure that all contractor personnel are knowledgeable and cognizant of this contract provision. Changes to contract effort accepted and performed by contractor personnel outside of the contract without specific authorization of the Contracting Officer shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

a. The Contractor will not accept any instructions issued by@ any person other than the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's representative (COR) when one is appointed. If a CDR is appointed, the appointment will be done by letter to the COR with the scope of the COR's authority set forth in the appointment letter. A copy of the appointment letter will be furnished to the Contractor.
b. No information other than that which nay be contained in an authorized modification to the purchase instrument, duly issued by the Contracting Officer which may be received from any person employed by the U. H3 REPORT OF STUDY FOR OPEN PUBLICATION
The contractor shall submit to Commander, U.S. Army Missile Command, ATTN: AMSMIRDWSDPSB, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5248, in draft form, THREE (3) copies of the report of the study called for In this contract prior to any publication or dissemination of the information contained therein. The draft report of study shall contain either a completed DO Form 1473 (Report Documentation Page), or a draft of such form with pertinent comments. Thirty calendar days shall be allowed for the contracting officer's approval unless a longer period is agreed upon.
