Notice to Parents/Guardians

1.Mid Year Examinations/Testing 2014:

Your attention is drawn to the following matters:

1.1Arrangements during the Testing period: The Examinations/Tests will be conducted in sessions

As per timetable: (See Overleaf).

1.2You are to ensure that your child/ward is engaged in constructive studies at home.

1.3Any learner absent during the examinations/tests must submit a medical certificate to the

Office. These learners will be assessed accordingly. There will be no condonation of absenteeism and a

“0” mark will be awarded.

1.4No learner will be granted leave during the assessment/examination period.

1.5Normal school work will carry on until the 27st June 2014.

1.6Foundation Phase learners will also be engaged in their assessments during this period.

1.7 The timetable appears alongside. Also note that ANA papers are being written in Mathematics

And English in grade 3 and 6.

1.8Our learners are also writing Cluster Papers in Mathematics, EMS and IsiZulu

2.TERM REPORTS

Our school Report Day is scheduled for Thursday the 26thJune 2014 from 08h00 to 13h00.

Parents/Guardians are requested to visit school and collect same. You can also interact

3.SCHOOL FEES

Applications for the necessary concessions are now closed. We are approaching the end of the second

Term. All school fees are now due. You are urged to make the necessary payments immediately as the
